The Right Personality

It seems lots of programmer/blogger folks (ScottW, Chris Sells , Duncan Mackenzie, Kent Sharkey, GAD) are taking an online Myers-Briggs personality test, and all coming up as type “ENTJ” (that's “Extroverted Intuitive Thinking Judging" for those not hip to the Myers-Briggs lingo), and since many of those bloggers work for Microsoft, they were speculating if that should be a requirement for employment.

Well, I took the test also, and came up as

Your Type is
INTP

Introverted Intuitive Thinking Perceiving
Strength of the preferences %
22 44 44 33

Now, if we follow the link they provide to explain these codes, we find that ENTJs are “Fieldmarshals” while INTPs are “Architects”.  Now, I ask you --Who's better to be writing software?

Well, why not INTJ, which is "Masterminds",
for project managers :)
