On the release of Top Secret Memos....

It's a Washington maxim, that if you want to bury a news story, release it after 6pm on a Friday, because no one watches the new over the weekend.

The August 6th 2001 Presidential Daily Briefing was released after 6PM on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend when few were even watching the Sunday morning talk show.   They really want to bury this one......

The following comment is indirectly related to the matter of stolen classified documents.
Anyone who might be interested in the subject of security clearance granting/denial could be expected to be interested in the Personnel Security Standards Psychological Questionnaire (PSSPQ). The PSSPQ, a short psychological type 'test,' was developed to accurately predict eventual success/failure to be granted security clearance status for those who might be processed/adjudicated for same. The PSSPQ was built by a very seasoned psychologist who recently retired from federal service when he was the Chief Research Psychologist in the USA's largest intelligence agency. Information regarding the PSSPQ can be found at: http://www.home.earthlink.net/~lastone2/psspq.html
