The Right Personality
It seems lots of programmer/blogger folks ( ScottW, Chris Sells, Duncan Mackenzie, Kent Sharkey, GAD ) are taking an online Myers-Briggs personality test, and all coming up as type “ENTJ” (that’s “Extroverted Intuitive Thinking Judging” for those not hip to the Myers-Briggs lingo), and since many of those bloggers work for Microsoft, they were speculating if that should be a requirement for employment.
